Return policy

Any claim for a badly printed, damaged or defective item must be submitted within 24 hours of your arrival after receipt of the product. For packages that have been lost in delivery, claims must be submitted within 24 hours after the estimated delivery date. The erroneous claims considered by us are at our expense.

The return address is assigned by default to our production center. When a package is returned, you will be notified by email. If you do not claim your package in 72 hours, we will donate it to the charity. 

Incorrect address:  If you provide an address that the courier service considers insufficient, the shipment will be returned to our facilities. In addition, you will be responsible for the forwarding costs when we have confirmed the correct address with you.

No claim:  shipments that are not claimed will be returned to our facilities and you'll pay the cost of forwarding to your own address using www.spediscih24.it 

Customer returns  . No refund requests because the buyer regret the purchase. In addition, changes size select when placing the shopping cart.

This policy is governed and will be interpreted according to its version in English, Italian, Spanish, German, France and other languages.
